Installation

  • Installation instructions should be followed in all DADO installations.

    Please read the instructions carefully to ensure the best results and avoid damage or injury. Failure to follow instruction will void the warranty.

    1. We recommend that the installation be done by a minimum of two people as a safety precaution.

    2. The diagrams are not construction plans, they are visual aids only.

    3. The floor must be level for the entire area underneath the bathtub and the wall must be square to the floor.

    4. Drain and waste assembly must be a suitable fitting.

    5. Only use qualified installers and adhere to all instructions and plumbing codes, laws and regulations.

    6. Remove the item from its shipping packaging. Before disposing of the packaging, inspect the item to make sure it is in good condition. Before final installation a water test needs to be performed to ensure proper drainage.

    7. Should inspection reveal any damages or defects, contact us immediately. Do not continue the installation.

    8. We recommend that the product protection remains on the bathtub until all construction is complete.

    9. Verify that all dimensions are the same as on the item prior to installation.

maintenance

  • The DADOquartz® material is exceptionally strong, solid, non-porous, hypo-allergenic, and resistant to bacterial growth, mold and mildew. To ensure it is always looking its best, it requires care and maintenance

    Here with some good practices and guidelines:

    After installation, wash the item thoroughly with warm soapy water to remove any dust and marks left behind after delivery and installation.

    X Never expose the products to harsh chemicals such as petroleum-based products, including paint removers, oven cleaners or other solvents. Note that most personal hygiene products and cosmetics will not damage the surface.

    X We recommend using mild multi-purpose bathroom cleaning products:

    X Do not use highly abrasive products or cream cleaners.

    X Do not use products that contain trichloroethane or methylene chloride, such as paint stripper, as these may permanently damage the item.

    X Do not cut directly on the item surface.

    Should you ever encounter a scratch or chip on the surface, it can easily be fixed by following the repair instructions:

    For a matte finish, first use a 220-grit wet/dry sandpaper, followed by a 440-grit.

    For polished finish, first use an 800-grit wet/dry sandpaper, followed by a 1,200-grit and then polish.

    Apply with water and gently sand out the scratch.

    Refer to our repair video for directions and assistance to repair severe chips or scratches. Upon request we will send a repair kit.

Returns

  • We stand by the quality of our wonderful products and always strive to keep our customers satisfied.

    All returns require a Return Product Authorization (RPA) form to be completed and accepted by Future Classics.

    The reason for the return must be clearly stated in the e-mail and accompanied by good quality photos.

    All shipments returned to DADO | Future Classics without written confirmation (RPA) will be refused, and the associated charges will be the sole responsibility of the sender.

    All requests for non-damaged product returns must be made within 30 calendar days of receipt of merchandise and only apply to merchandise returned in perfect (as-shipped) condition and in the original, undamaged packaging and shipping crate.

    After providing written confirmation, DADO | Future Classics will dispatch a professional logistics provider to collect at curbside.

    Any bath that has been willfully damaged, scratched, neglected, modified or repaired shall be shipped back to the customer at their expense and/or no refund will be issued.

    A restocking charge of at least 25% of the sales price in addition to all actual freight costs will apply to any goods that are returned and deemed to be in a sellable condition.

    After the approved returned product is received, inspected and verified to be in “like new” condition, a full refund will be provided based on the product purchase price minus any original shipping charges and any return shipping charges.

    If upon receipt of the product a defect is found or if a defect occurs during the warranty period, please call us immediately to arrange for repair or replacement.

SHIPPING

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.
All listed prices already include shipping costs to any address within the continental USA.

    • In-stock items will be shipped within 1-2 business days from receipt of the order.

    • For out-of-stock items, we anticipate a lead time of 60-90 days from receipt of order.

    • For special orders, we anticipate a lead time of 60-90 days from receipt of order and payment (as indicated).

    • Note that the lead time may vary depending on the shipping lines and matters outside of our control. It may be shorter in some cases. We therefor do not guarantee delivery times.

    • Standard shipping of $250 per bathtub to the warehouse

    • Standard shipments require a loading dock and forklift for unloading.

    • $450 Residential drop shipment (curbside only).

    • BOL and/or tracking data is provided as confirmation of shipment.

    • Note that pedestal basins are also shipped on skids and above will apply.

    • In the event that we were unable to deliver, all additional storage and re-delivery costs will be charged in full.

    • Vessel basins not ordered with a bathtub will ship with UPS Ground at $75/unit

    • If ordered together with a bathtub, the carton/s will be strapped onto the bathtub and delivered together.
